Greet guests warmly, utilize menu knowledge for situational selling, and package food and beverage orders promptly and accurately. Communicate professionally to determine needs, handle cash and credit transactions, and accurately input orders into the computer system. Wear a headset to coordinate with managers and teammates, answer phone calls per script, and assist in expediting meals to dine-in guests. Maintain a clean carryout area, monitor bakery and retail stock levels, and safely handle food prep equipment. Effectively resolve guest complaints by involving management when necessary. This role supports Bob Evans' mission of serving high-quality farm-fresh food with a focus on perfect plates and bags.
