Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, place carryout orders using menu knowledge and situational selling, and package food and beverages promptly while adhering to company standards. Communicate via headset with managers and teammates to expedite service, handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and input orders into the computer system. Maintain a clean carryout area, monitor bakery and retail stock levels, and safely handle food prep equipment. Effectively manage guest complaints by involving the manager as needed, answer phone calls using the company script, and assist with expediting, delivery, and table pre-bussing tasks. This role requires standing for the entire shift, lifting up to 50 pounds, and strong multitasking skills. Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
