Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, utilize menu knowledge for situational selling, and package food and beverage orders accurately while wearing a headset to expedite communication. Handle cash and credit transactions, input orders into the computer system, and assist with expediting meals to dine-in guests. Maintain a clean carry out area, monitor bakery stock levels, and safely handle food prep equipment. Effectively resolve guest complaints by involving management when necessary and answer phone calls using company scripts. Stand for entire shifts, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform various tasks including pre-bussing tables as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
- Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task
