Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, utilize menu knowledge for situational selling, and place carryout orders accurately. Package food and beverages promptly while wearing a headset to expedite communication. Process cash and credit transactions, handle guest complaints, and answer phone calls using company scripts. Input orders into the computer system, maintain bakery and retail stock levels, and safely handle food prep equipment. Clean the carryout area, assist with expediting and delivery to dine-in guests, and perform pre-bussing tasks as needed. Stand for entire shifts, lift up to 50 pounds, and communicate verbally throughout the day.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
- Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize, good organizational skills
- Ability to freely access all areas of restaurant including selling floor(s), stock area, and register area
- Valid driver's license
