Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, utilize menu knowledge for situational selling, and package food and beverage orders promptly while communicating needs via headset. Handle cash and credit transactions, accurately account for receivables including coupons and gift cards, and input carryout orders into the computer system. Maintain a clean carryout area, safely handle food prep equipment, monitor bakery and retail stock levels, and assist with expediting, delivery, and pre-bussing tables. Effectively resolve guest complaints by involving managers as needed and answer phone calls using company scripts. Perform duties while standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
- Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize, good organizational skills
- Ability to freely access all areas of restaurant including selling floor(s), stock area, and register area
- Valid driver's license
