Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, place carryout orders using menu knowledge and situational selling, and package food and beverages promptly while adhering to company standards. Communicate with managers and teammates via headset to expedite service, handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and input orders into the computer system. Maintain a clean carryout area, monitor bakery and retail stock levels, and safely handle food prep equipment. Effectively resolve guest complaints by involving management when necessary and answer phone calls using the company script. Assist with expediting and delivery to dine-in guests, pre-bussing tables, and escorting customers. This role requires standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and involves 0-2 years of related experience with competitive hourly pay and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
- Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize, good organizational skills
- Ability to freely access all areas of restaurant including selling floor(s), stock area, and register area
- Valid driver's license
