Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, place carryout orders using situational selling techniques, and package food and beverage items promptly while adhering to company standards. Communicate with managers via headset to expedite service, handle cash and credit transactions, and accurately input orders into the computer system. Maintain a clean carryout area, stock levels, and bakery sections, while safely handling food prep equipment and resolving guest complaints by involving management as needed. Answer phone calls using the company script and assist with expediting meals to dine-in guests, pre-bussing tables, and escorting guests. Perform this role with dependability and exceptional teamwork skills, standing for entire shifts and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
- Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize, good organizational skills
- Ability to freely access all areas of restaurant including selling floor(s), stock area, and register area
- Valid driver's license
