Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, place carryout orders using menu knowledge and situational selling, and package food and beverages promptly while wearing a headset to expedite service. Handle cash and credit transactions, input orders into the computer system, and manage guest complaints by involving managers as needed. Maintain a clean carryout area, monitor bakery and retail stock levels, and safely handle food prep equipment. Assist with expediting and delivery to dine-in guests, pre-bussing tables, and greeting guests when cashiers are unavailable. Answer phone calls using company script and perform all other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
- Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize, good organizational skills
- Ability to freely access all areas of restaurant including selling floor(s), stock area, and register area
- Valid driver's license
