Carryout

Greet guests warmly, place orders using menu knowledge and situational selling, and package food and beverage items accurately while wearing a headset to expedite service. Process cash and credit transactions, handle coupons and gift cards, and input orders into the computer system. Maintain a clean carryout area, monitor bakery stock levels, and safely handle food prep equipment. Answer phone calls per script, assist in expediting and delivering meals to dine-in guests, and resolve guest complaints by involving management when necessary. Perform pre-bussing and table escort duties as needed. This role supports Bob Evans' mission of serving high-quality farm-fresh food with a focus on perfect plates and bags in a family dining environment.
