Greet guests warmly, utilize menu knowledge for situational selling, and accurately package food and beverage orders while following company standards. Communicate professionally to determine needs, handle cash and credit transactions, and input orders into the computer system. Wear a headset to expedite the guest experience, manage guest complaints with manager support, and answer phone calls using company scripts. Maintain a clean carry-out area, monitor bakery and retail stock levels, and safely handle food prep equipment. Assist in expediting and delivering meals, greeting dine-in guests, and performing pre-bussing tasks as assigned. This role requires standing for the entire shift, lifting up to 50 pounds, and multi-tasking with strong organizational skills.
