Greet guests warmly, place orders using menu knowledge and situational selling, and package food and beverage items promptly while adhering to company standards. Communicate professionally with guests to determine needs, handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and input orders into the computer system. Wear a headset to coordinate with managers and teammates, assist in expediting and delivering meals to dine-in guests, and manage the cleanliness and stock levels of the bakery and retail areas. Effectively handle guest complaints by involving managers as appropriate and answer phone calls using the company script. This role offers competitive pay up to $15.00 per hour with early closes and no late nights.
