Greet guests warmly, utilize menu knowledge for situational selling, and package food and beverage orders accurately and promptly. Communicate professionally with guests to determine needs, handle cash and credit transactions, and accurately input orders into the computer system. Wear a headset to coordinate with managers and teammates, assist in expediting and delivery to dine-in guests, and manage guest complaints by involving the manager when appropriate. Maintain a clean carry out area, monitor bakery and retail stock levels, and safely handle food prep equipment while practicing safe food handling and cleanup. Answer phone calls using company script and assist with pre-bussing tables or other assigned duties as needed.
