Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, utilize menu knowledge for situational selling, and accurately package food and beverage orders while adhering to company standards. Communicate professionally to determine guest needs, handle cash and credit transactions, and answer phone calls using the company script. Input carryout orders into the computer system, monitor bakery and retail stock levels, and safely handle food prep equipment. Effectively resolve guest complaints by involving management when necessary and assist in expediting meals to dine-in guests. Perform pre-bussing tasks and maintain a clean, organized carryout area. This role requires standing for the entire shift, lifting up to 50 pounds, and strong multitasking skills. Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
- Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task
