Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, utilize menu knowledge for situational selling, and accurately package food and beverage orders while following company standards. Communicate professionally via headset to expedite orders, handle cash and credit transactions, and input carryout orders into the computer system. Maintain a clean carryout area, safely handle food prep equipment, and monitor bakery stock levels. Effectively resolve guest complaints by involving management when necessary and answer phone calls using the company script. Assist with expediting meals, greeting dine-in guests, and pre-bussing tables as needed. Requires standing for entire shifts, lifting up to 50 pounds, and strong multi-tasking skills. Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
- Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize, good organizational skills
- Ability to freely access all areas of restaurant including selling floor(s), stock area, and register area
- Valid driver's license
