Job Summary

Greet guests warmly, utilize menu knowledge for situational selling, and package food and beverage orders promptly while communicating needs via headset. Handle cash and credit transactions, accurately account for receivables, and input orders into the computer system. Maintain a clean carry-out area, monitor bakery stock levels, and safely handle food prep equipment. Effectively resolve guest complaints by involving managers as needed and answer phone calls using the company script. Assist with expediting and delivery to dine-in guests, pre-bussing tables, and escorting customers. Perform duties requiring standing for the entire shift, lifting up to 50 pounds, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

0-2 years related experience
Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task
Ability to prioritize, good organizational skills
Ability to freely access all areas of restaurant including selling floor(s), stock area, and register area
Valid driver's license
