Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, utilize menu knowledge for situational selling, and package food and beverage orders promptly while communicating via headset to expedite service. Handle cash and credit transactions, accurately account for receivables, and input carryout orders into the computer system. Maintain a clean carryout area, monitor bakery stock levels, and safely handle food prep equipment. Effectively resolve guest complaints, answer phone calls using company scripts, and assist with expediting meals to dine-in guests, pre-bussing tables, or cashing out when needed. Perform duties while standing for entire shifts, lifting up to 50 pounds, and following CDC sanitation guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
- Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize, good organizational skills
- Ability to freely access all areas of restaurant including selling floor(s), stock area, and register area
- Dependability
- Exceptional teamwork skills
