Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, utilize menu knowledge for situational selling, and package food and beverage orders promptly while communicating professionally via headset. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, input carryout orders into the computer system, and assist in expediting and delivery of meals to dine-in guests. Maintain a clean carryout area, monitor bakery and retail stock levels, and safely handle food prep equipment. Effectively handle guest complaints by involving the manager as appropriate and answer phone calls using the company script. This role offers early close hours with no late nights, competitive pay up to $15.00 per hour, and excellent benefits including a 401(k) with employer match. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and 0-2 years of related restaurant experience.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
- Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize, good organizational skills
- Ability to freely access all areas of restaurant including selling floor(s), stock area, and register area
- Valid driver's license
