Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, utilize menu knowledge for situational selling, and package food and beverage orders promptly while wearing a headset to coordinate with managers. Process cash and credit transactions accurately, input orders into the computer system, and handle guest complaints by involving management when necessary. Maintain a clean carryout area, monitor bakery and retail stock levels, and safely handle food prep equipment. Assist with expediting meal delivery, greeting dine-in guests, pre-bussing tables, and cashing out customers as needed. This role requires standing for the entire shift, lifting up to 50 pounds, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
- Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize, good organizational skills
- Ability to freely access all areas of restaurant including selling floor(s), stock area, and register area
- Valid driver's license
