Greet guests warmly, utilize menu knowledge and situational selling to place orders, and package food and beverage items accurately and promptly. Communicate professionally with guests to determine needs, handle cash and credit transactions, and accurately input orders into the computer system. Wear a headset to coordinate with managers and teammates, answer phone calls per company script, and assist in expediting meals to dine-in guests. Maintain a clean carry out area, monitor bakery and retail stock levels, and safely handle food prep equipment. Effectively manage guest complaints by involving the manager when necessary. Perform all duties as assigned while maintaining dependability and exceptional teamwork skills.
