Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, utilize menu knowledge for situational selling, and package food and beverage orders accurately and promptly. Communicate professionally with callers and guests to determine needs, handle cash and credit transactions, and accurately input orders into the computer system. Wear a headset to coordinate with managers and teammates, safely handle food prep equipment, and maintain cleanliness in the carry out, bakery, and retail areas. Effectively resolve guest complaints by involving managers when necessary, assist with expediting and delivering meals, and support pre-bussing tables and general stocking. This role requires standing for entire shifts, lifting up to 50 pounds, and strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks in a farm-fresh dining environment.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
