Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, utilize menu knowledge for situational selling, and package food and beverage orders promptly while wearing a headset to expedite service. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, input orders into the computer system, and assist with expediting meals to dine-in guests. Maintain a clean carry out area, monitor bakery and retail stock levels, and safely handle food prep equipment. Effectively address guest complaints by involving managers as needed and answer phone calls using company scripts. Assist with pre-bussing tables, escorting guests, and cashing out when the cashier is unavailable. Perform duties requiring standing for the entire shift, lifting up to 50 pounds, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
- Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize, good organizational skills
- Ability to freely access all areas of restaurant including selling floor(s), stock area, and register area
- Valid driver's license
