Job Summary
Bag groceries for customers, offer parcel pick-up services, and maintain bags at register stands while adhering to "Meet and Greet" policies. Bring shopping carts from the parking lot, clean debris, and empty trash cans as needed. Restock shelves, perform price checks, and assist with stock when directed. Update logs for bathroom and floor conditions, and help train new carry outs or support other departments. Maintain a clean, friendly atmosphere by following all company policies, dress codes, and safety requirements involving lifting 50 lb. boxes and using sharp instruments.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparations of food items and/or removing products from boxes
- Must have good, corrected vision
- Must have good, corrected hearing
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to reach
- Must be able to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
- Must comply with all company policies including following dress code and wearing name tag
