Job Summary
Bag groceries, offer carry-out and parcel pick-up services, and maintain bags at register stands while adhering to "Meet and Greet" policies. Properly bag items per customer preference, bring in shopping carts, and maintain the parking lot by removing trash and debris. Return items to shelves, perform price checks, empty trash cans, and complete restroom clean-up. Assist with stock when directed, update bathroom and floor logs, and train new carry-outs. Lift 50 lb. boxes and exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently, requiring dexterous hand use and ability to stand, stoop, and work on slippery floors. Comply with all company policies, including dress code and name tag requirements. Pyramid Foods supports local communities by providing quality food and service in a friendly, flexible environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Must have good, corrected vision
- Must have good, corrected hearing
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to reach
- Must be able to push
- Must be able to pull
- Must be able to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
