Job Summary
Bag groceries and offer carry-out/parcel pick-up service while maintaining bags at register stands. Adhere to "Meet and Greet" policies, bring in shopping carts, and maintain the parking lot by removing trash and debris. Restock shelves, perform price checks, empty trash cans, and complete restroom clean-up. Lift 50 lb. boxes and exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently, using knives and sharp instruments as needed. Work on floors that sometimes become slippery, requiring good vision and hearing. Update logs for bathroom and floor status per company policy. Assist in other departments or train new carry-outs when directed. Comply with all policies, including dress code and name tag requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
