Job Summary
Bag groceries and offer carry-out/parcel pick-up service while maintaining bags at register stands. Adhere to "Meet and Greet" policies and bring shopping carts from the parking lot. Maintain the lot by picking up trash and debris, empty trash cans, and complete restroom clean-up. Take and replace items on shelves, perform price checks, and assist with stock when directed. Update logs for bathroom and floor status per company policy. Lift 50 lb. boxes and exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently while using knives and sharp instruments. Requires good vision, hearing, and ability to stand, stoop, and work on slippery floors. Reports to Store Director, Assistant Store Director, Grocery Manager, or Guest Relations Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Must have good, corrected vision
- Must have good, corrected hearing
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to reach
- Must be able to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
