Job Summary
Bag groceries and offer carry-out/parcel pick-up service while maintaining bags at register stands. Adhere to "Meet and Greet" policies and bring shopping carts from the parking lot. Maintain the lot by removing trash and debris, take items back to shelves, perform price checks, empty trash cans, and complete restroom clean-up. Assist with stock when directed and update logs for bathroom and floor per company policy. Lift 50 lb. boxes and exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently; work on floors that sometimes become slippery. Train new carry-outs or assist in other departments as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Good, corrected vision
- Good, corrected hearing
- Ability to stoop
- Ability to kneel
- Ability to reach
- Ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
