Demonstrate ownership in achieving personal goals and store objectives by maintaining visually appealing selling areas, managing merchandise presentation, and handling inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism. Apply suggestive selling techniques to drive sales and build genuine relationships that foster customer loyalty and repeat business. Support store operations through tasks like pricing, promotional sets, and product placement while adhering to asset protection, safety, and security protocols. Work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays, requiring the ability to move throughout all store areas and lift up to 40 lbs.
