Job Summary
Coordinate, conduct, and track onboarding classroom training; oversee the PEERs program; coordinate online work experiences with new hires and certified trainers; serve as primary contact and liaison during the first month of employment with follow-up at 30 and 60 days; manage monthly/annual safety and quality training; schedule and prepare trainings with electronic sign-off; facilitate interviews with English Language Learner candidates; translate documents between English and Spanish; develop and revise training materials; coach and mentor team members on safety, quality, and productivity; collaborate with staffing agency (RPO); support HR-related projects and career development opportunities; maintain confidentiality and alignment with production goals; require flexible hours and potential overtime; bilingual capability is essential for the role; manufacturing experience and training experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Pass pre-employment tests
- Pass drug screen
- Pass pre-work ability screen
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Must be able to translate documents between English and Spanish
- Must be able to create and revise training materials
- Demonstrate leadership and adaptability
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to move to different lines and responsibilities
- Lift up to 60 lbs. / 30 lbs. occasionally
- Able to work in a tobacco-free workplace
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the job
- Regular / dependable attendance
