Job Summary
Operations Manager – Operational Excellence & Deployment at Vision Group leads cross-clinic operational initiatives, coordinates deployment of new tools and processes, and ensures adoption of changes. Responsible for maintaining and improving SOPs, communicating initiatives across clinics, supporting pilot projects and process improvements, and collaborating with Clinical, IT, HR, and Finance teams. Leads a team of Operations Coordinators, sets priorities, and manages leadership requests. Strong focus on translating strategy into actionable execution, with 3–5 years in operations, project management, or process improvement; multi-site operations experience is a plus, especially in healthcare. Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in operations, project management, or process improvement
- Experience in multi-site operations (healthcare an asset)
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to translate strategy into execution
- Experience coordinating with clinical, IT, HR, and finance teams
- Experience leading and supporting a team of Operations Coordinators
- Proven ability to establish priorities and manage operational requests from leadership
