Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Advisor (Temporary 12 months) responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for professional, clinical, and operational roles across Canada and the United States. Develop proactive sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and lead headhunting initiatives using advanced recruitment techniques. Cultivate an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand by partnering with schools, associations, and industry partners, while coordinating networking events and recruitment campaigns. Analyze recruitment trends and metrics to provide data-driven insights for hiring decisions. Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment and bilingual French-English communication across Canada. Strong sourcing skills, experience with ATS (Jobvite) and tools like Kara and AtmanCo, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Advanced sourcing and recruitment capabilities, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and networking strategies
- Experience with ATS such as Jobvite
- Proficiency with recruitment analytics tools such as Kara and AtmanCo (asset)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
- Bilingual in French and English to communicate with employees, candidates and suppliers across Canada
