Job Summary

Administrative Assistant supporting site management and IRA compliance, responsible for tracking and reconciling all hours for the PWA program. The role is 100% site-based and lasts for the project duration. Responsibilities include assisting field employees by liaising with corporate resources for issue resolution, supplying data for IRA compliance, administering project documentation and filing systems, reviewing and entering employee timesheets into the timekeeping system, ensuring HR paperwork for new or transitioning employees is completed and submitted by deadlines, supporting internal office processes and company policies, filing safety paperwork and uploading to Procore using defined naming conventions, creating and updating ad hoc spreadsheets, recognizing issues and taking initiative to resolve/report with minimal supervision, maintaining professional relationships with clients, vendors, employees, and supervisors, maintaining regular attendance, performing other duties as requested, collecting and confirming records (including on-site data for Apprenticeship enrollment), and reinforcing safety practices (including JHA compliance). The position requires operate a vehicle safely, and the work environment includes typical site-based demands; RES provides a benefits package from day one and an equal opportunity employer statement is included.

Required Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years office experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT and Outlook)
  • Understanding of business accounting and accounting systems
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
