Job Summary
Field and Apprenticeship Administration Manager responsible for leading apprenticeship program administration, DOL compliance, safety training, and vendor/PO management within Operational Workforce Management. Coordinates apprenticeship enrollment, training logistics, and reporting; supervises the Field Training Administrator; serves as primary point of contact for DOL auditing and apprenticeship compliance lifecycle management; collaborates with Compliance, HR, and field leadership to drive a skilled, compliant craft workforce across RES’s renewable energy projects; oversees training entry across LMS/Hub, Procore, and Cornerstone; manages related documentation, scheduling, and communications; ensures adherence to prevailing wage requirements and Davis-Bacon certifications; drives process improvements in apprenticeship administration and training.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool/GED General Education is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Workforce Development, or a related field; or equivalent experience is preferred
- Notary Public certification is required
- NCCER Certified Administrator or equivalent certification is preferred
- HR/Workforce Administration certification is required
- CPR/First Aid/AED Trainer certification is required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or related credential is preferred
- 3+ years of experience in apprenticeship administration, compliance, workforce program coordination, or HR/compliance operations, preferably in a construction or field services environment, is required
- 5+ years of administrative, program management, or operations coordination experience is required
- 5+ years of experience in construction, renewable energy, or a related industry is required
- Advanced knowledge in DOL apprenticeship program regulations, RAPIDS system, and prevailing wage requirements
- Advanced knowledge in Apprenticeship application and lifecycle management processes (Paylocity, DocuSign, RAPIDS)
- Advanced knowledge in Vendor and purchase order (PO) management processes
- Advanced knowledge in QEW documentation standards and compliance processes
