Job Summary
Support, troubleshoot, and implement features for business applications using Microsoft Power Platform and M365 while coordinating with global IT functions to ensure standardized processes. Provide timely resolution through research, testing, and documentation of enhancements, and write custom reports and SQL queries to track trends and recommend improvements. Plan and consult on managing large numbers of Power Automate solutions, guide the organization in adopting application standards, and present solution evaluations to senior management. Participate in an on-call rotation for tier 1 troubleshooting of critical systems and mentor other application support resources. This hybrid role requires a minimum of three days in the office and involves working with functional leaders to align application development with strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Technology, or Business
- 8 years of relevant work experience
- 3 years of experience in application support/analyst role
- Demonstrated experience in supporting and maintaining enterprise-level applications
- Knowledge of help desk ticketing software, preferably ServiceNow
- Experience troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance in a cloud environment
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power Platform and M365 applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with ITIL v3 or related service delivery frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management as a team member experience
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence reporting
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Critical thinking skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
