Job Summary
HR Business Partner (HRBP) provides HR support and aligns business objectives with associates and management to build and grow a high-performance organization across North America. Serves as a point of contact for associates and management on HR-related matters, executing workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, employee relations, training, and policy administration. Acts as an employee champion and change agent to drive organizational culture in line with business goals. Partners with safety teams on investigations, analyzes HR data and trends, conducts stay/exit interviews, and supports succession and development initiatives. Participates in talent acquisition initiatives, facilitates onboarding/orientation for new managers, and coaches leaders in areas of leadership development. Responsibilities cover employee relations, performance management, policy updates, data analysis, and cross-functional HR projects to improve organizational performance and align with compensation strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist and/or HR Business Partner, or comparable experience
- Experience in both functional and strategic aspects of Human Resources (e.g. talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development)
- Contributing to significant business performance improvement
- Solving complex people-related issues for managers as well as non-exempt and exempt associates
- Previous experience providing HR support to Sales and/or Operations is preferred
