Job Summary
Research and manage escalations, including carrier assistance requests and missing commission documentation, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes. Build and maintain strong working relationships with insurance carriers and brokers to provide accounting teams with current and reliable information. Collaborate closely with team members on complex assignments, identify trends or recurring challenges, and share insights for process improvement. Deliver a consistently high level of service in all interactions while supporting additional projects as assigned. This service-driven role requires 2+ years of experience in a servicing environment, a professional certificate or degree, and strong research and analytical skills. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a servicing or support‐focused team environment providing assistance and follow‐through
