Job Summary
Obtain needed carrier statements and documentation to ensure incoming payments apply correctly to accounting teams. Review and vet incoming carrier documents, then route or redirect them to the appropriate internal teams. Research questions across multiple internal systems and follow up to gather missing information. Provide professional service by responding to carrier and broker inquiries via email and phone. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of assigned carriers regarding payment timing, requirements, and account nuances while keeping records organized in broker management systems. Partner with colleagues to support shared goals and adapt to shifting priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a service or support-focused field such as banking, finance, insurance support, collections, customer service, or administrative operations
- Comfort communicating with carriers and brokers by email and phone in a helpful, professional way
- Ability to research information across multiple systems and summarize details clearly
- Strong attention to detail and consistent, organized work habits
- Comfort balancing several tasks while maintaining accuracy
- A collaborative and positive approach to working with others
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- No Travel Required
