Carrier Sales Specialist

Sourcing, negotiating, and securing carriers to move available freight; maintain continuous communication with carriers and customers to ensure a high-quality freight movement process; schedule pickup and delivery appointment times; follow established procedures for HVS and HRC loads to protect RXO brand; conduct research in databases for potential leads and perform cold calls; track back-end billing and invoicing for carrier charges; participate in a Peak Project supporting Local or Expedited accounts with rotation-based schedules; on-site role in Atlanta with opportunities to contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused transportation operation.
