Carrier Sales Representative (Drayage)

As a Carrier Sales (Drayage) Representative at RXO, you will source, negotiate, and secure drayage carriers to move freight in a timely and cost-effective manner, with a focus on port and rail operations, container visibility, and service execution. Daily duties include building relationships with core drayage carriers, negotiating capacity for port/rail moves, managing container lifecycle from pickup to delivery, coordinating pickups and deliveries with attention to port cutoffs, free time, detentions, and terminal conditions, and ensuring compliance with drayage requirements (including chassis usage and accessorials). You will monitor and communicate updates on delays or disruptions, maintain load/container data accuracy in RXO systems, and develop new carrier partnerships through cold outreach and onboarding, as well as track and validate carrier billing for accuracy against terms.
