Job Summary
Carrier Sales Manager leads and manages the Carrier Sales BDAs to drive carrier relationships and sales performance. Responsibilities include setting success metrics, coaching and training BDAs, reviewing calls and activity, managing quotas and pipelines, designing pursuits with senior leadership, optimizing lead generation and 3-way calls with brokers and carriers, monitoring conversion rates, delivering ongoing coaching, onboarding and ramping new hires, and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with company values. Requires extensive factoring sales experience, leadership and management expertise, strong communication, and the ability to operate in a high-velocity environment. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field. Travel up to 20% is required; location is Dallas, TX with on-site responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
- 5+ years of direct sales experience
- 3+ years of management experience in building and leading sales teams
- Proven success in meeting quotas (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Leadership in start-up/high-growth environments
- Formal sales and management training
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Transportation experience preferred
- Bilingual - Spanish/English – a plus, but not required
