Job Summary
Carrier Sales Associate responsible for building and managing a book of carrier partners, onboarding new carriers, and ensuring freight coverage and tracking through Flock Freight’s platform. You will apply tactical sales and negotiation skills to optimize carrier utilization, develop trusted carrier relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Tracking, and Operations to deliver a high-quality experience for both carriers and customers. Maintain accurate carrier and capacity data in Flock’s systems, monitor shipments and performance metrics, and consistently hit or exceed activity, coverage, and revenue-related goals. Strong communication and organizational skills, with a fast-moving, execution-focused mindset, are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous sales, account management, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident decision-maker with solid problem-solving instincts
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
