Carrier Relationship Manager

Job Summary
Lead business relationships with Internet Service Providers, IP Transit vendors, and Data Centre Operators to identify sourcing opportunities for network expansion, reduce costs, and leverage external partners. Collaborate with the Network Leadership Team to define and deliver integrated strategies for short and long-term goals. Manage network services procurement, ecosystem investments, and operating costs while creating effective strategies for major networking equipment through due diligence and cost negotiation. Present weekly and monthly P&L management reports and resolve operational process problems in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures. Travel to visit vendors as needed. Zenlayer operates over 300 nodes across 50 countries, enabling companies to deploy applications closer to users globally.
Required Qualifications
- Background in procurement, network interconnection strategy, network planning or internet peering in telecom, data center, AI, or cloud industry
- Degree graduate in business administration or related field
- 4+ years of related working experience in similar roles
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Possess excellent computer skills
- Well organized, detail oriented, and responsible
- Travel to visit vendors on an as needed basis
