Carrier Relations Specialist

Conduct outbound calls to recruit and qualify third-party carriers into the Haully network, then onboard them from first contact through their first loads. Answer inbound calls and voicemails to resolve carrier questions and complaints, while investigating internal issues regarding transport delays or professionalism. Guide carriers through customer requirements, provide platform support for log-in credentials, and maintain accurate profile information and insurance certificates. Monitor carrier performance metrics and Central Dispatch ratings, report fuel surcharges, and facilitate Carrier Awards. Process mail daily for certificate updates and cancellations, providing weekly active carrier lists to dispatch teams. Back up Compliance and Carrier Relations team members during time off and support projects as needed by the Carrier Relations Manager.
