Carrier Operations Rep

Carrier Operations Representative to manage and grow carrier relationships while ensuring successful freight execution from tender to delivery. Serves as a liaison between carriers, internal sales and account management teams to ensure capacity coverage, on-time performance, and issue resolution. Key duties include sourcing carrier capacity, tracking shipments, proactive communication with carriers and internal teams, verifying insurance and safety records, leveraging load boards and carrier networks to match freight with capacity, and analyzing carrier performance data for service improvements. Requires strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, excellent verbal and written communication, detail-orientation, proficiency with TMS and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
