Job Summary
Coordinate carrier onboarding from initial stages through testing to go-live (MTP), driving and managing your own set of tasks without daily guidance. Track deployment activities, submit status reports to the PM and stakeholders, and update related tickets and Smartsheet regularly. Resolve issues between carriers, internal teams, and customers while organizing training, kickoffs, and regular calls. Act as the primary point of contact to communicate project status and analyze risks and opportunities. Manage internal and external meetings, provide minutes, and monitor progress to handle any arising issues. Amenable to night shift schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a 4-year course or a bachelor's degree
- 2+ years' experience in IT project coordination or IT project deployments
- Freight Audit & Pay & Transportation Logistics, operations, process improvement or related function
- Proficiency with Microsoft office
- Amenable to work on night shift schedule
- Assigned onsite in our Cebu Office
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Smartsheet
- Experience with Atlassian tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
- Understanding of common logistics operations and invoicing process
- Contact center/back-office operations or shared service operations experience
- Supervisory Experience
