Job Summary
Enter carriers into the Jaguar system and create SCACs to ensure proper tracking and system integration. Maintain the internal carrier database through regular updates and perform administrative support tasks including report management, correspondence handling, and data entry related to carrier operations. Work independently within a fast-paced, climate-controlled office environment, utilizing sound judgment and strong communication skills to balance collaboration with leadership oversight. This role supports operational accuracy and compliance within eShipping LLC's TMS systems.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently while balancing appropriate collaboration with leadership oversight
- Excellent customer service, time management, and prioritization skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in person and via phone
- Able to utilize sound, independent judgment and make responsible decisions and recommendations
- Excellent follow-through and detail orientation
- Able to effectively utilize computer programs including Word and Excel and TMS system
- Ability to work with a variety of people and personality styles
- Able to work within a climate controlled, fast-paced team environment, performing primarily sedentary work requiring sitting at a computer terminal for long periods of time
- Maintaining standard office hours and working overtime as necessary to meet customer needs
- Ability to detect, determine, perceive, identify, recognize, judge, observe, inspect, estimate, and assess various activities and surroundings
- Ability to comprehend and use basic language, either written or spoken, to communicate simple and complex information, ideas, and information
