Job Summary
Carrier Analyst scoring and governance: lead data-driven monitoring of the carrier network to ensure service reliability, cost efficiency, and strong performance metrics across the delivery network. Analyze carrier performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement; produce regular reports and insights on delivery performance and cost efficiency; assist in managing carrier contracts and service agreements with governance and compliance; support onboarding and integration of new delivery partners; contribute to rate reviews, tenders and commercial analysis to drive best value; collaborate with Logistics, Supply Chain, Digital, Customer Care and Stores to deliver improvements; investigate delivery issues and incidents and recommend data-driven solutions; support strategic fulfilment and carrier network initiatives to enhance the customer delivery experience; maintain accurate data, dashboards and reporting tools to support informed decision-making; travel occasionally to sites such as the Stafford Distribution Centre as needed. About You: analytical, detail-focused with advanced Excel skills, capable of turning insight into action; experience in supply chain, e-commerce, carrier or retail environments; strong communication and stakeholder management; familiarity with Power BI or transport systems is beneficial.
