Job Summary
Conduct fertilizer, grain, and pesticide loading and unloading operations while executing raw material and agricultural input storage according to client specifications. Transport bulk materials to trucks using loading and unloading equipment, verify packaging integrity, and report damaged items to immediate supervision. Establish communication with the Mixing Center Operator or Warehouse Coordinator to receive product details and storage instructions. Maintain a clean and organized work area, tools, and equipment while adhering to general health and safety policies. Full-time employment with CLT contract, life insurance, and health plan with employee contribution. Availability required for weekend work and shift rotation during harvest, plus travel to farms as needed.
