Job Summary
Perform carpet and floor cleaning, upholstery restoration, tile and grout cleaning, water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and odor removal services. Complete appropriate cleaning documentation, authorizations, and daily logs while communicating effectively with customers. Maintain equipment, vehicles, and inventory of tools and supplies. Inspect completed work and apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment types.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (or GED)
- Adequate math skills
- Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity
- Willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry
- Willing to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred
- some form of specialty cleaning (i.e. Stripping & Waxing Commercial Space Flooring, Air Duct Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, etc.)
- Highly Desired Certificates from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC)
- Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)* preferred but not required
