Job Summary
Carpentry Foreman to lead a 2-3 person crew on outdoor living projects (decks, roofed structures, privacy screens) in central Indiana. Responsibilities include removing debris, digging footers, excavating, constructing per plan, basic electrical and roofing knowledge, following blueprints, and driving a company truck/trailer. Must supervise and motivate a crew, ensure high-quality craftsmanship, and work with hand and power tools; physically capable of lifting 80 lbs, walking/standing on uneven ground, climbing ladders, and operating equipment. Valid driver''s license required. The role offers competitive pay with performance bonuses and a signing bonus up to $5,000, PTO, holidays off, and provided tools/equipment.
