Job Summary
The Carpenter role involves building, erecting, and dismantling formwork and structures for concrete construction. Responsibilities include layout, measuring, cutting, assembling forms for foundations and walls, jobsite clean-up, operating power tools, and assisting in pouring concrete. Candidates should possess good physical strength, the ability to use hand tools, and prior experience in concrete construction. A minimum of 12 months of related experience is preferred, along with a 30 Hour OSHA Card.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months of formwork/concrete construction work experience as a Carpenter
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds of material and up to 90 pounds with assistance
- Frequent use of hand tools such as power tools, circular saws, hammers, nails, and bolts
Desired Qualifications
- 30 Hour OSHA Card
